MY WORKSHOP

The Dubbing WorkShop -Basic Level-, conceived and directed by Paolo Bianca, offers a path of theory and practice on Dubbing. A first part of the workshop will be dedicated to the study of the voice and then move on to the main rules of correct diction with group and individual exercises.


The following topics will be addressed in detail:


- The stamped voice

- Voice parameters

- Diction : Acute and grave phonic accents of the letters E and O

- Diction: Study of the S and Z, voiced and deaf

- Notes on the Strasberg-Stanislavkskij method of acting

- The room and the rounds of a dubbing

- Terminologies of dubbing scripts


Afterwards, the students will be accompanied to the lectern and will have the opportunity to dub scenes from films, documentaries, cartoons and TV series. Participants will practice using the single-headphone instrument and then listen to each other again with the international soundtrack. "Over sound" and "Lip Sync" dubbing sessions will be addressed. The Dubbing Director and the Audio Technician will be present in the studio.

The Individual Acting Course directed by Paolo Bianca focuses on the fundamental aspects of acting with the Strasberg-Stanislavskij method. It allows the student to acquire all the tools to deal with any type of script and text in the future, for any auditions, auditions, theatrical performances and films.


The course takes place over 8 weeks and engages the student for an hour and a half a week, for a total duration of 12 hours.


The topics addressed are:

- Body language

- The potential of the voice

- Study of the correct Italian Diction

- Understanding of the Strasberg-Stanislavskij Method

- Study of the script


The student and the teacher will agree to decide the place and time to carry out the lessons.
